Strictly no smoking inside apartments or indoor areas

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only

A cleaning fee may apply if smoking occurs indoors or smoke is detected after check-out
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment

A valid credit card or payment is required to confirm your reservation

All rates are in NZD and include 15% GST

Full payment may be required at booking or upon arrival
2. Cancellations & Changes

Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid charges

Late cancellations may incur a fee (up to the full booking amount)

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
3. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour
4. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items

Facilities are used at guests’ own risk

Security cameras are in place in the car park
